ACH Rule Changes: Stop Payments & the WSUD

Significant rule changes to stop payments and the document formerly known as the WSUPP are in the works. NACHA is finally attempting to align some requirements of the operating rules with Regulation E. In response to these changes, NACHA held a tele-seminar on January 13, 2010 to discuss these changes.  Attached to this posting is a copy of select Q&As released by NACHA at the conclusion of this tele-seminar.
