Mary L. Boyd

CISSP, CISA, CISM, CGEIT

Chief Executive Officer

Mary serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Superior Consulting, LLC. She has over 13 years of experience as an examiner with the FDIC, including four years as an information technology specialist. Since joining Superior Consulting, LLC as a founding member in July 2003, she has successfully helped numerous bank clients throughout the nation with an array of regulatory and management issues and provided consulting services to banks under regulatory enforcement actions.

Bryan D. Reaves

CPA.CITP, CFE, CRCM, CISSP, CISA, CISM, Security+, Network+

Chief Financial Officer & Director of Compliance Review Services

Bryan serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Superior Consulting, LLC. He also supervises the regulatory compliance and specialty practice units of Superior Consulting, LLC. Since joining Superior Consulting, LLC in July 2004, Bryan has successfully assisted numerous client banks with issues such as policy development, internal risk management, internal audit program development, and NACHA compliance.

James Roark

Senior Consultant

James serves as a Senior Consultant in the loan review and asset quality consulting services unit of Superior Consulting, LLC. James has worked in the banking industry for over 20 years and has served in numerous positions within community banks, including service as president of several "problem" institutions as well as other senior lending positions. James has developed a strong reputation as an excellent problem bank "workout" specialist and now brings his years of knowledge and experience to the clients of Superior Consulting, LLC.

Brad Coursey

CRCM, CAMS

Senior Consultant

Brad serves as a Senior Consultant in the regulatory compliance and BSA practice unit of Superior Consulting, LLC. Brad has worked in the banking industry for over 15 years and is a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) and Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS). Brad has also actively participated in several state banking associations and has spoken at training events throughout the Midwest.

Eric Fors

Senior Consultant

Eric serves as a Senior Consultant in the information technology practice unit of Superior Consulting. Eric has worked in the information technology field for over 20 years in a wide array of network environments ranging from small businesses to large corporate operations and encompassing industries ranging from healthcare and manufacturing to financial services.

Scott Dean

MCSE, Network+, Security+, Novell CNA

Staff Consultant

Scott serves as a Staff Consultant in the information technology practice unit of Superior Consulting. As the newest member of this practice unit, Scott brings over 20 years of experience in the network consulting and administration field to Superior Consulting. Scott has worked in an array of industries including financial services, law, and telecommunications.

Alison Holmes

Staff Consultant

Alison serves as a Staff Consultant in the regulatory compliance & BSA practice unit of Superior Consulting, LLC and assists with the performance of consumer compliance, Bank Secrecy Act, and ACH review services. Alison has over 25 years of experience in the banking industry and has held an array of positions within community banks in southwest Missouri.

Jennifer Pierce

Administrative Assistant

Jennifer represents the core of our office through serving as the administrative assistant of Superior Consulting. Jennifer is responsible for the management of client information and provides invaluable assistance to our review teams. Jennifer is a great contact for any questions regarding Superior Consulting and is always available to assist clients in reaching another member of our team.

Kailey York

Staff Consultant

Kailey serves as a Staff Consultant in the speciality services practice unit of Superior Consulting, LLC and assists with the performance of internal audit, ACH review, and consumer compliance review services. Kailey has extensive experience in the performance of financial statement audit and review services for community banks, including the performance of Director's examinations. Kailey comes to Superior Consulting from a large, regional accounting firm based in Springfield, MO.
